In lockdown, poet and filmmaker Be Manzini finds that her grief, isolation and rage collide. But through writing and somatic therapy work she is able to maintain a sense of self, stay creative and form a language to respond to the trauma. It’s here we join her journey as a poet giving other women permission to speak of their rage in a backdrop of personal/global grief.
